Even though I sent it to the wrong address and name, I was told to contact the shipping company myself. I provided the correct address and name. The product is very good, but the service was disappointing.

Well, it arrived on time, something bad is that they sent it via UPS and charged me an additional 880mxn. It seems disrespectful to me that they do this, but maybe it’s the shipping service. As for the grinder, it feels high quality and I haven’t had any issues.

Built with quality materials, in my opinion having the power supply external ends up making the product design a bit strange, but if there is any defect related to the product’s power supply, it will be easy to maintain.
As for the grinding of the coffee, I found it very good and uniform.
Overall, it’s an excellent grinder, a great acquisition.
