3. Slightly wet the filter paper, stick it on the upper filter and screw on the upper filter.
4. Screw on the upper seat (the pressure shall be tightened to prevent leakage). Be careful not to apply force to rotate the handle of the Mocha pot, which may easily damage the handle. If hot water is added, it is easy to make the base hot. It is recommended to wrap a towel for assistance.
5. Use gas lamp or alcohol stove to heat.
6. Turn to a small fire when you see coffee flowing out (don’t let it rush out quickly).
7. The coffee is then made slowly.
[precautions]
Before using the newly purchased Mocha pot, cook it with clean water at least three times to ensure the cleanliness of the pot!!
1. Do not cook other powders and liquids except water and coffee powder.
2. Use pure water that is not boiled.
3. Don’t boil in an empty pot without water.
4. Too much water will overflow the coffee.
5. When filling coffee powder, do not press it, just press the surface slightly, because excessive pressure may cause coffee to not come out.
6. In order to avoid burning the surface and handle, the fire source area shall not exceed the pot bottom area.
7. Open the lid of the pot and start boiling over medium heat. When coffee flows out, use a low heat to release the coffee slowly.
